PodPilot uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, suitable for your purposes, or free from inadvertent similarities to existing content.
Our services are offered under various subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
PodPilot's technology, platform, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property laws. While you own your content, we retain all rights to our platform, AI models, and generated audio voices.

You agree to indemnify and hold PodPilot harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your content, use of our services, or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
